Wilmoth Farmhouse Renovation

The obligatory renovation of the family homestead. Originally built in the 1920’s, this ranch had been renovated in the 50’s and expanded by 100%.  Under the 50’s interior finishes lay beautiful, well-protected hardwood and tongue and groove wall and ceilings. To match a previous renovation, the interior wood was stripped and sanded, and an unfinished wood look was adopted throughout. The kitchen and dining were reversed and expanded to accommodate larger gatherings, and the dining room was connected to a screened outdoor porch, allowing both indoor and outdoor seating. A small rear mud porch was also added. (Exterior photos coming soon)
